
Ryan and i are starting our first day of the "Master Cleanse"! What it is is a mixed lemonade drink that flushes your body of all bad toxins and fats. In addition to 6-12 glasses a day you do a salt water flush in the mornings, and a laxitive tea at night. The end result is to flush your system completely of bad toxins and start you on a healthier diet. Ryan and i have noticed lately the type of foods we eat aren't necessarily healthy so we wanted something to get the bad food out and force us to eat healthy afterward. The diet lasts a minimum of 10 days with a gradual diet back to solid foods a few days following. In most cases a person will lose up t0 20 lbs in this period (depending on body types and previous eating habits) so we'll see how much we lose! Ryan is doing this mainly to get healthier and get his exercise routine back in place...but in addition to those same reasons, i hope to lose a couple pounds in the process :) Good luck to usss!!! Make sure you stick with it! I know several people who quit after a couple of days based on sheer hunger/poopage and such. But good luck!! "I really want to lose 3 pounds"...movie?

Hurry and finish this thing so that I can FEED you both again! Instead of the lemon drink I can make you a lemon meringue pie, or lemon bars, or a cake with lemon frosting...be careful and don't make yourself sick. Love you both,

Craig has always wanted to do one of these. I would love to do one also, but I'm currently nursing a baby and that's a big no no. But good luck to you guys!
